Nadia ABID obtained her doctorate in medicine in 2008 and her specialisation in urology in 2010. Since March 2011, she has been a Hospital Practitioner at the Edouard Herriot Hospital, CHU Lyon, and Head of the Urology and Transplant Surgery Department since November 2023.

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association Française d'Urologie (AFU) and Treasurer, as well as a member of several committees within the AFU.

Her commitment to the advancement of urological practice is demonstrated through her participation in teaching and training events, and she constantly seeks to innovate in order to offer her patients the best techniques and technologies.
