Dr Teh obtained his medical degree from International Medical University, Malaysia in 2006. He then underwent training in General Surgery, and was conferred the Master of Surgery degree by the University of Malaya in 2015. Since 2017 he began his subspecialty training in Urology, and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCS) in 2020. He also underwent a year-long fellowship in Uro-Oncology in Adelaide, Australia in 2021.
Since 2022 Dr Teh has served as consultant urologist in Selayang Hospital and Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah Alor Setar. His main interests are Uro-Oncology, Endourology and Minimally Invasive Urological Surgery
